ECO Raku Rental E-BIKE Terms of Use
Enforced on June 18, 2003
This rental cycle is operated and managed by the Towada Okuirase Tourism Organization ( hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) .
These terms of use stipulate the matters that customers (hereinafter referred to as users) must comply with when using this rental cycle. If you use this rental cycle, you will be required to comply with this agreement.
1. 1. Application for use
・ Advance application from the web store and advance payment are required to apply for use.
・ On the day of rental, at the reception at the rental facility, fill in the necessary items on the usage application form to verify your identity and show your identity (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, student ID card, etc.) please.The ID card will be copied.
・ The representative of the application is limited to high school students and above.
・ If any problem is found in the application form, we may refuse to use it.
2. Reservation change / cancellation
・ Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel your reservation. Please note that the reservation may be canceled if the scheduled time has passed.
・ The cancellation fee is as follows.
Cancellation by the day before the desired loan date: No cancellation fee (full refund)
Cancellation due to bad weather: No cancellation fee (full refund)
In case of cancellation without contact: 100% of the usage fee will be paid (no refund)
3. 3. Use of personal information
Personal information obtained by the information center in connection with the use of this service shall be handled in accordance with the " ECO Raku Rental E-BIKE Personal Information Protection Policy " separately established by the Organization.

5. Usage time
・ Available time is from 9:00 to 17:00 on the day of rental.
・ The maximum usage time per loan is 4 hours. * If the item is not return ed after the return time, a delay fee will be charged. (2,000 yen / hour)
* If we determine that the item is malicious, such as when the return time is significantly exceeded without contacting us, we may take measures such as submitting a damage report to the police station in charge.
6. Conditions of use
・ Please rent and return the item during business hours (9:00 to 17:00).
・ When using a bicycle, be sure to comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Road Traffic Act, and pay sufficient attention to traffic etiquette.
・ It is not possible to rent multiple bicycles to one person at the same time.

・ Please be sure to return it to the place where you received the loan.
・ If the bicycle is damaged or irreparably damaged due to the user and the collection cost is high, the user will be responsible for the collection cost.
8. Bicycle breakdown, etc.
・ Before using the bicycle, be sure to check that there are no malfunctions or other problems with the accessories such as the bicycle and keys.If you find any abnormality or malfunction of your bicycle before using it, please contact the rental facility immediately.
・ If your bicycle breaks down while you are using it, stop using it immediately, contact the rental facility, and return the bicycle to the rental facility according to the instructions of the Organization.
・ In the case of a bicycle malfunction (excluding small scratches during normal use) caused by the user, the repair fee will be borne by the user.
・ If the bicycle is irreparably damaged due to the user, the user will be responsible for the applicable bicycle price.
・ Under any circumstances, if the user repairs the bicycle at his / her own discretion without the prior consent of the Organization, the Organization will not be able to bear the repair cost.
・ We are not responsible for any damage caused to the user or other third parties due to a bicycle failure, except when it is caused by the Organization.
9. Theft or loss of bicycles, etc.
・ If you leave your bicycle while using it, be sure to lock the bicycle key to prevent theft.
・ If your bicycle is stolen or lost while you are using it, please report it to the police station and contact the rental facility immediately.
・ In case of theft or loss caused by the user, such as leaving the bicycle unlocked, the user will be required to pay the bicycle price. In addition, if the user is found to be grossly negligent, a separate penalty may be charged.
・ If the bicycle is left in a prohibited area and removed, please return it at your own risk.The user is responsible for all costs required for the return.
10. Injury / accident
・ If the user is injured due to a traffic accident during use, or if the user causes damage to a third party, it is within the scope of the TS mark incidental insurance of the Japan Traffic Management Technology Association. It will be the compensation of. Please note that insurance may not be applied if the user's negligence is found.
・ If the user has an accident while using the service, take the measures stipulated by law, such as promptly notifying the police station, and report the date, place, cause, accident status, etc. of the accident to the Organization. please do it.
・ If it is necessary to settle or discuss the accident, please do so at your own risk and report the result to JQA.
・ Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the Organization suffers damage, including the case where the Organization has to pay damages to a third party, the user may be requested to compensate for the damages.
11. Loss or damage of accessories, etc.
If the bicycle accessories (keys, helmet, etc.) are lost or damaged, the user will be responsible for the replacement fee.
12. Prohibited matters The user should not do the following.
(1) Drinking, reckless driving, and other acts that violate traffic regulations
(2) Use in dangerous or inappropriate places
(3) Bicycle parking in areas where bicycles are prohibited and in places where pedestrians and bicycles may be obstructed.
(4) Changes in the current situation such as modification of bicycles or accessories
(5) If you find any abnormality (puncture, etc.) on the bicycle while driving, continue driving.
(6) Have a third party other than the applicant use it
(7) Transfer the bicycle or dispose of it as a pledge
(8) Use that violates public order and morals
13. Changes to terms and conditions when
Please note that the terms, holidays, business hours, service contents, etc. are subject to change without notice.
14. Cancellation of use
・ If the user violates the terms of use, the bicycle will be stopped and the bicycle will be returned promptly even if it is on loan.
・ In case of cancellation, the usage fee received by JQA will not be refunded.
・ If the Organization or a third party suffers damage due to a violation of the Terms of Service, we may claim compensation for the damage from the user.
15. Others
・ Due to safety inspections such as maintenance and natural disasters, we may stop providing bicycle rental without prior notice.
・ Please note that the number of bicycles is limited and may not be available depending on the rental situation.

ECO Raku Rental E-BIKEPersonal Information Protection Policy
(One company) Towada Okuirase Tourism Organization (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations.
We will acquire and use the personal information of users for the following purposes.
(1) For examination as a user when using this service
(2) For analysis and statistics related to JQA's business activities and market research
(3) For various communications with the user while the user is using this service

3 Management of personal information

When outsourcing operations such as tabulation operations and shipping operations, the Organization outsources operations to persons who are recognized as having the ability to properly manage personal information, and has an appropriate confidentiality agreement with the outsourcee. After concluding the above, we will request the handling of personal information.
4 Response to requests for disclosure / deletion of personal information
Personal information held by JQA will be disclosed upon request.
If there is a request that the disclosed personal information is not accurate, we will check the contents by an appropriate method and add, change, correct or delete the information as necessary.
